Delivery Information
Order Confirmation & Processing
For international orders, please allow 2-3 working days for processing before shipping.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this, please contact us immediately.
After your payment is verified and your order is processed, we will ship your parcel. Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing.
Domestic Shipping (Within Nigeria)
Orders will be shipped via Uber Dispatch, GIG, or GUO to your doorstep or a pickup from the GIG or GUO terminal:
Lagos Delivery
Delivery Time: 3-7 working days.
Other Nigerian States
Delivery Time: 5-7 working days.
International Shipping
- Carrier: All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
- Delivery Time: Typically, international delivery takes 7 working days after dispatch.
- Shipping Rates: Rates may vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. Your total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout based on the weight of items purchased.
- Important Notice: Please double-check and confirm your delivery address and contact information to avoid failed deliveries. In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be reshipped, and an additional shipping fee will be charged.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require us to declare the value of your order directly on your package.
- Please be aware that additional customs and duty charges might be required upon delivery, depending on the country’s local regulations and the value of your shipment.
- Olantii is not responsible for any customs, duties, or additional charges that may apply, nor for lost or stolen packages once DHL has marked the package as delivered.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information about potential fees before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Fees
Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. If you return an item, the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Olantii is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once DHL has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us, you agree to our shipping and delivery terms.

Return and Refunds Policy
Refunds
Thank you for shopping at Olantii. We strive to provide high-quality, sustainable fashion inspired by Nigerian indigenous designs and inspiration.
To uphold our commitment to sustainability, all items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
Please note: We do not accept exchanges or returns for international customers at this time. Kindly ensure that you select the correct jewelry and are confident about your purchase before placing an order. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at info@olantii.com.
At Olantii, we do not offer refunds, except in cases where the item arrives damaged. For such instances, you must provide physical proof of the damage.
If a return is approved, you may be offered store credit or a refund. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refunds provided.
Return
To initiate a return request, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned items must be received by us within 30 days of the delivery date to process your request for alterations or exchange. Please note, sale items are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@olantii.com and send your item to: 14 Kazeem Abogun street, Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria. Items worn or with tags removed cannot be exchanged under any circumstances
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For returns, the shipping cost will be deducted from any approved refund or store credit.
